Eligibility for Refunds

• The product is received damaged or defective.
• An incorrect product has been delivered.
• The product cannot be supplied due to unforeseen circumstances.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made or special-order products.
• Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
• Items showing signs of use, alteration, or physical damage after delivery.
• Products returned without prior approval.

Return Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number.
• Share photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).
• Explain the reason for the return request.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by The Lightroom or a defective product.

Product Warranty

Many of our LED lighting products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 2 to 5 years. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms and may involve repair or replacement instead of a refund.
